Go into your control panel and audio settings. Make sure your defalt input device is set to the jack you want to use. My comp has two jacks; one in front and one in back so I had to change my settings to use the front jack by default. Also while you're in those settings check the mic levels and make sure everything is ok and not muted or anything.

Since this command is protected behind cheats, you will only be able to change it while hosting a listen server with cheats enabled, or while running Sourcemod on your local server and using the command "sm_cvar cl_fov", if you are running your own dedicated server with sourcemod and have yourself as admin

Go to options in the game and change option "Push to talk" to "Voice Recongnition" or something like that xD. I had the same issue and than I selected push to talk option and selected ''C'' as activation key and had no problems since, the default ''ALT'' didn't work for me. I'm talking about ingame chat.

How to install voice pack. 1. Subscribe and wait for add-on to be downloaded on steam then launch the game and wait for it to download add-on again. After that close the game. 2. Empty these folder and don't forget backup. (This is optional in case you don't want to hear leftover voice but if you want to keep some Louis's voice just overwrite it)
