I recently traded in an iPhone 8 for a S10 and will never look back. To be clear I was a longtime android user who switched to the OG iPhone X at launch had that phone for 8 months and sold it then bought an iPhone 8 because the X was too heavy and awkward (alot wider than a lot of phones) my mother has a brand new iphone 8 plus whereas i have the XR. the difference between the 8 and the 8 plus isn’t drastic, except for the camera (single vs dual) which apparently performs better in low lighting and has some perks i’ll mention below. honestly, the shots are much better on the 8 plus considering it has a really decent background blur feature on inanimate objects + portraits I went to a store and saw an iPhone 11 black model and compared it with my silver iPhone 8 plus. I did notice a very slight difference. The letter "r" on the keyboard did look very slightly less sharp, having more anti-aliasing on the iphone 8 plus, but is overall barely noticeable. Video: XR, stereo audio recording. Speakers: XR, wider audio (assuming it’s better) Design: XR, less bezel. Battery: XR, according to Apple. Support: XR, will be supported at least 1 year longer after the 8 plus is discontinued. Special features: tie, XR has face unlock and animojis while the 8 plus has 3D Touch.
8 Plus has full HD display. XR only has one camera. Math (or Science): 1, Although, OLEDs are clearly superior to LCD screens, there are more than one reasons that shows OLEDs come at a price. The most notable one is PWM. This awesome blog post explains the issue and the solution is great details. 2.
The X really is way more different than the 8. Noticeable worthy improvements include: OLED (screen tech that has brighter colors and darker blacks while using less battery than the iPhone 8’s LCD screen,) WAY smaller bezels, camera, noticeably faster, and for me personally, a very luxurious looking glass back. It looks so sleek.

But… The iPhone 8 is a single-SIM phone, while the iPhone SE allows for dual sim usage. While it comes with an embedded eSIM, you can also slot in a nano-SIM. This enables you to use services from different cellular providers. For Wi-Fi connectivity, the iPhone SE also outshines the iPhone 8. With Wi-Fi 6, the iPhone SE offers faster speeds compared Here goes my last resort in asking for your advises. A bit of info: Current android user with 6.7" + 4,500 mAh battery and weigh slightly lighter than Plus. Daily usage: occasional camera, music for up to 5 hours, no gaming, no youtube, basic social media (no tiktok, bit of instagram, reddit, x, whatsapp), maps, banking.

Smooth phone overall and camera is with pretty good quality. If you want 5x zoom and other things go with either 15 pro or pro max. 15+ has more color options and is overall better bang for the buck. I really loved the blue and green color and they both look amazing with blue being more neutral in color. 1. Share.

The 7 Plus is a great phone and it offers very similar stuff as the iPhone 8 Plus: 4k video recording, water resistance, stereo speakers, 3D Touch, 3GB of RAM, 2nd gen TouchID, dual cameras. If you want to have a much newer device, the 8 Plus offers: better cameras, wireless charging, quick charging, TrueTone display, a glass back, etc. .
